The Altura Earrings by Lizzie Fortunato feature mother-of-pearl tops with hanging green amethyst and turquoise semiprecious stones, cubic zirconia and faceted glass drops, and freshwater pearls.

Lizzie Fortunato was founded in 2008 by twin sisters Lizzie and Kathryn Fortunato, with the intent of creating unique accessories that use unexpected materials and champion handicrafts from a breadth of places and cultures. The bespoke collections are produced in New York by a team of skilled metalsmiths and seamstresses.
