What is the return and exchange policy?
MASTANI has temporarily changed its returns policy to improve your online shopping experience while our boutique is closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
MASTANI will provide refunds or exchanges on full priced items when garments are returned within 14 days of receiving your online order. This offer is valid on purchases made before May 30th 2020.
Garments must be returned in a saleable condition. This means that they should be clean, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
Shoes must be tried on, on carpeted surfaces before general wear. Return of shoes will not be accepted if the product has scuff marks or the original shoe box is damaged.
Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.
MASTANI does not offer exchanges or refunds on discounted items unless they are faulty.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12, and does not include signature on arrival.
Platinum shipping is a flat rate of $20 and is inclusive of signature on arrival.
Complementary shipping is applicable to orders over $500 and is inclusive of signature on arrival.
Overseas orders will be charged at a flat rate of $40 and are inclusive of signature on arrival.
Complementary shipping is applicable to orders over $1000 and is inclusive of signature on arrival.

How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders will be processed within a 1-3 business day period.

Yes, MASTANI does ship internationally, although the receiving address must not be a PO BOX.

Stock availability is dependent on each garment.

What are your payment options?
In store MASTANI accepts VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. A 3% surcharge applies to AMEX transactions.
Our eBoutique accepts all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will not be able to deliver the goods. We will contact you to inform you that your order will not be placed.

INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE
Mastani offer a flat rate of $30 standard shipping worldwide. Upgrade to express shipping is available at checkout.
FREE EXPRESS ON ORDERS $500+
Orders of $500 or more automatically receive free express worldwide shipping.
Orders placed before 3pm AEST on weekdays are shipped the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped the next business day.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number.
Mastani does not deliver to international PO Boxes.

FULL PRICE & SALE ITEMS:
Mastani offers returns on full priced and sale items when garments are returned within 14 days of your in-store purchase date or within 14 days of receiving your online order.
Returns are processed within 3 working days of arriving back to Mastani.
Refunds are processed back via the original payment method.
Mastani can also offer exchanges, subject to product availability at the time.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned garments to Mastani.
We recommend using a traceable postal service as Mastani will not be responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Items marked as FINAL SALE in the product description are unable to be exchanged or returned, unless faulty.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

AFTER PAY PURCHASES:
If you have purchased using Afterpay and your return qualifies for a refund you will be credited back through your chosen platform. If your return requires a credit note you will continue to make payments until the item is paid for and we will issue you a credit note as usual when we receive the returned item.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
MASTANI reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. Attempts will be made to contact you in the event of a cancellation. Any money that was received for a cancelled order will be refunded using the original payment method.
All payments are billed in Australian dollars (AUD). Currency conversions are set by your bank and any further charges in relation to this will be made by your bank.
All merchandise prices are subject to change without notice.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
When placing an order with MASTANI online you will need to submit your credit card details at the time the order is placed on the website. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm products ordered and the value of your order.
If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution we will not be able to deliver the goods. We will arrange to contact you to inform you that your order will not be placed.
We have made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our website. However, due to the fact that we use flash photography, as well as the variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour which is completely accurate.
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
