Standard delivery is available Australia-wide for $10, or complimentary on orders over $300.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post and are expected to arrive within 2–4 business days. Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same business day. Please allow additional processing time during promotional or peak periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey. A signature is required on delivery. If no one is available to receive your parcel, it will be taken to your local post office for collection.

Express delivery is available Australia-wide for $15, or complimentary on orders over $500.

Complimentary Click & Collect is available from MASTANI MAISON Armadale.

Orders are available for collection Monday–Saturday and will generally be ready within 2–3 hours of order confirmation.

Orders placed on a Sunday will be available for collection from 11am the following Monday. Where the collection day falls on a public holiday, your order will be available on the next business day.

If Click & Collect is available for your order, the option will appear at checkout. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

MASTANI ships internationally via DHL Express. Shipping is Complimentary for orders over $700 AUD. A flar arte is charged for orders below $700 AUD: 

New Zealand: $30 AUD flat rate

Rest of the World: $60 AUD flat rate
  

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details and can follow your delivery directly through DHL. Estimated shipping times follow:

New Zealand: 2–3 business days
USA: 4–5 business days
United Kingdom: 4–5 business days
Rest of the World: 5–7 business days

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and may be payable before your order can be released.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering for an estimate of any applicable fees.

MASTANI offers returns and refunds on full priced items when garments are returned within 14 days of your in-store purchase date or within 14 days of receiving your online order.

MASTANI offers credit note or exchange on sale items when garments are returned within 14 days of your in-store purchase date or within 14 days of receiving your online order. No refunds are offered on sale items.

If your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions for return shipping via email. Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and all items must be returned with tag attached and their original packaging.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund, exchange or credit note will be processed. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.
