FULL PRICE

MASTANI offers returns and refunds on full priced items when garments are returned within 14 days of your in-store purchase date or within 14 days of receiving your online order.
Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.

MADE-TO-ORDER | PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Items marked as PRE-ORDER in the product description are entitled to the same return and refund policy as full priced items. See above.

SALE ITEMS

MASTANI offers credit notes and exchanges on sale items when garments are returned within 14 days of your in-store purchase date or within 14 days of receiving your online order. No refunds are offered on sale items.

ARCHIVE SALE ITEMS

Items included in an ARCHIVE SALE or marked as FINAL SALE in the product description are unable to be exchanged or returned, unless faulty.

AFTER PAY PURCHASES

If you have purchased using Afterpay and your return qualifies for a refund you will be credited back through your chosen platform. If your return requires a credit note you will continue to make payments until the item is paid for and we will issue you a credit note as usual when we receive the returned item.
